A new year, a new me!

I'm crazy, but people get used to it awfully fast. I'm also highly academic, and that's sometimes harder to get used to. I hope to make friends as i diet and exercise, and i hope this works!

I'm a beauty queen and a drama queen, so ten years ago when i began gaining the weight (i was always thin), it was very hard for me. I got up to 294, and diet after diet i lost little after little. I'm here to lose the rest.

My Goals:
I want to look like i did at 21, and return to college. I hope someday to have a career....and someone special in my life.

My Program:
I've been doing 1/2 hour of cardio five days a week, strength training and trying to stick to the number of calories recommended everyday. Water, less sugary drinks, and motivation on SparkCoach.

Welcome to SparkPeople!

I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months! Good luck and I hope you'll embrace a healthy new lifestyle.

* Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate! emoticon
