Bubbles, Balloons and Butterflies

HI! and welcome to my party!

Who of us can look at bubbles floating on the air or children chasing them, and not smile?

Can you see a colorful hot air balloon, or helium balloons and not feel your heart race as it did when you were a child?

When a butterfly floats about upon the breeze or sits upon a flower, do you not often comment on the beauty of such?

Well I do! that is why my site is called bubbles, balloons and butterflies.

Well I do! that is why my site is called bubbles, balloons and butterflies.

I am tired of feeling sad, depressed, alone. In other words I am tired of me. So now I am working on slowly changing from the person I have become to a more positive and happy person.

When I am feeling like the weight of the world is upon me, I actually have found that going outside and blowing bubbles is very theraputic. I imagine within each bubble, one of the things that is weighting upon me then let it float away with the bubble. It may sound silly but try it sometime and see how you feel!

So, here is to all of you and myself for a better today and tomorrow!!!

My Goals:
My largest goal is to feel better in general and about myself. Which means at very least the following:

1. diabetes under control
2. increase activity
3. do at lease one thing daily that I totally enjoy

My Program:
Here I am at the cusp of a new Semester in College. Thus my program will change once again YAY!

My current program includes going to campus Mon - Thurs. 1pm - 3:45pm.
There are plenty of stairs to traverse so that is a plus.

Included with that is also my gym schedule of 3-4 days a week at least 60 minutes of cardio followed by varied time for strength training.

I am sure you are doing this correctly. (logging points on a team forum) You just have to earn 25 pts in one day and you have the opportunity for an 2nd spin on a different wheel and it has different values on it. You will be notified on your Spark Points page right by the number of points you have earned! :)
