Summer 2008, my goal is to get there again, but on a slightly healthier diet...

I really like exercising and eating well, I just have problems with my motivation. So this time I´m really gonna try and motivate, and stay with it, not just quit after a couple of days/weeks. I want to get healthier, get a firmer body, and lose 6 kg. I know that it´s not that much, but I´m not very tall either... ;)
- Losing 6 kg,
- getting firmer and stronger
- being able to jog for 1 h
joined a fitness-studio and actually going there, tracking burned and eaten calories

Hey there! Thanks for commenting on my blog. I'm glad to see you back on Spark too. You're right, we can totally do this! I'm going to try to make this a detox weekend - just went to the store and got oodles of produce to make veggie soup tonight. With the warmer weather finally starting to arrive (fingers crossed), it'll get easier to get out and exercise, so I'm pumped.

Hello! How's it going? It looks like your sparking is going well :)
My goal is to work out at least 3x/week, and I'm trying to also get better at working even small amounts of exercise into my days. Last night I went dancing with some friends, which was a great way to burn calories! How have you set up your strength training? I always feel like I don't know what I'm doing.
I'm curious, are you in Austria for school, or work, or just because Vienna is so nice?

Hey there! How are you? I know what you mean about cheese. I've been eating low-fat shredded cheese because I can spread it out more on top of things, and cottage cheese (not sure if they call it that in Europe though?).
It's great that your exercise is going well. I can't seem to get my bum in gear! :( Do you do most of your working out at the gym?
I live in Chicago, USA and it's been around -7 Celsius on average. This Friday the low will be -19! (NOT excited for that) You must really be having a warm spell there - that's like springtime!

Hi there! How's everything going? I hope you're enjoying your program so far. I've been keeping up with nutrition - except for a beer a couple days ago - and hoping to get to the gym this weekend.
I liked your blog about going for walks... my roommate loves walking, so I'll have to enlist her for a walk sometime soon. It's freezing here, as I imagine it is in Austria, but mind over matter! That's what scarves and mittens are for.
