My weight loss journey

I'm getting slowly but surely back on track. After grad school my weight spiraled out of control to an all time high of 164 in January. I'm tired of my clothes not fitting, tired of being out of shape, tired of not liking what I see in the mirror. I'm taking back my life and getting back in shape.

Along the way, I plan on running my first half-marathon September 2011 and resuming the "BeachBody - Insanity" program. As of 6/13/11, I'm down 9 pounds, and running 10 miles a week. ...
