Hi everyone! I am losing weight to get fit and healthy. I started nursing school in the Fall of 2011 and the summer of 2011 is when I started my lifestyle change...however, with school and clinicals, I didn't follow through..
I am back and more determined than ever! I will graduate May 2013 and I don't want to be a fat nurse! I want to be a healthy, fit nurse!
I have recently started Zumba and am burning some major calories so I hope this is the exercise that will motivate me ...

My Goals:
I'd like to lose about 95-100 lbs.

My Program:
Zumba, 4-5days per week for 40-60 minutes + tracking calories. I need to add some sort of strength training as well.
