It's really cool because it allows you to create an avatar, put in your current weight, and your goal weight, choose clothing, and see yourself in the body you will one day be in, and how the clothes you currently wear will look on the new thinner you! I have my images side by side posted at my computer at work, as well as my fridge at home!

Eh, not great. I've been eating a lot of junk lately and not on a regular exercise schedule..which is how I gained weight in the first place haha....I'm still considering joining the Y but $40/month is quite expensive! So I dunno. I have today off so I'm trying to decide what kind of excersize to do today...bike ride? jog? etc. A girl at work and I are running a 5k in October so within the next month I'll have to start training for that! 2989 days ago
