I'm 31 years old, and I'm tired of being overweight. I know what I need to do, but I find it hard to get motivated. I'm not wight obsessed; in fact, I care very little for the number on the scale. I just want to get to a point where I like what I look like. I want to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see, and I want to be able to fit into the clothes I want to wear.
