Dream Motivation

Short shorts... skinny jeans... a sleeveless dress... Things I will look good in someday.

I am determined to get in shape. For myself. This is also best for my future. I have a passion for the performing arts and the fact is that I need to be in shape if there is any hope that it will be a possible career.

Also, for my future wedding. Every time I turn around, someone else is engaged. I know that before I know it, when I turn around that engaged person is going to be ...

My Goals:
1st: Lose 10% of my weight.

~Fit comfortably into my favorite jeans from high school.

~Get my weight down to 130, but hopefully 125 if that is a liveable weight for me.

~ And one very distant goal: Look
amazing in my future wedding dress.

OMG! We are totally on the same track. Although actually I just started losing weight. But that's 'cause now I'm really motivated and actually sticking to this. But anyway, we've both lost the same amount of weight since starting sparkpeople (and I joined 2 days after you did). And we're both just finishing up our sophomore year of college. And we're both stressed out. Haha. We're like the perfect buddy match. Haha. And your goal weight is where mine started out. First I said I wanted to be 125, then I switched to 120, then I just recently switched to 115 'cause that's where I always used to put my goal. Haha. But I'll just be happy when I finally get back to 135. I can't believe I gained so much weight. Like I lost so much weight freshman year...and then I went home for the summer and gained it all back...and then I gained even more over the holidays. It was just bad. *sigh* But I'm definitely motivated to get it off and keep it off now so hopefully I can do it now! But anyway, I totally believe in you. And I know the end of the semester is like the most stressful time. So don't put too much pressure on yourself right now. Focus some time on you when you can. And try not to stress eat. And other than that don't worry about it too much. Focus on finishing out the year. Then when the stress is gone you can get back to focusing on you. That's what I keep telling myself anyway. Last week kind of went downhill for me. It was like the height of my stress level. But trust me. You can do this! And have you seen the Swimsuit Bootcamp team? You should check it out. Even if you can't fit in the 30 minutes of cardio, the videos are only 7-10 minutes long and they're not that bad at all. But like I said, don't stress out too much about everything else. Focus on school now and then focus on you. =) BEST WISHES!!!

Hey. You said you needed support. Is there anything specific you're having problems with? Or do you just need someone to tell you you can do this? YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS! You can totally get through this! =) But if there's something more specific you need help with, feel free to message me. I might not be the most helpful, but I sure will try. Just don't get discouraged! Like I said before YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!! =)
