I am doing cardio 5x a week for at least 3o minutes. I plan to work up to 1 hour per day, 5x/week.
I am doing regular strength training - at least 3x week, alternating muscle groups.
I am writing down everything I eat.
I am keeping my calories under 1500.
I am eating at least 5 fruits and veggies per day.
I am drinking 8-9 glasses of water per day.
Although I've always struggled with my weight, I've been at a normal weight most of my adult life. Due to a number of situations, my weight has gotten out of control and I've been in a rut. I am now out of the rut and taking daily action to get back to a healthy weight!
I am so glad I stumbled across your page and your blogs about the thyroid diet. My doctor tested mine when I was in my 30s and it came in at the very bottom level of normal, which to him explained why it is so hard for me to lose weight. I have to work out like a maniac and eat very little. I can't wait to see you have more progress and to see overall how this works out for you!
