Adventures in Weight Loss
Well, my name is Katie. I'm happily married and have two kids. I've decided that I'm not going to focus on losing much more weight. I'm going to just focus on getting healthier and in better shape, and hopefully that will take care of the pounds for me. I am doing the 30 Day Shred program, eating more fruits and veggies, drinking more water, and going on a walk/jog at least once a week. My new goal is to run a marathon. I am doing the 30 Day Shred program, eating more fruits and veggies, drinking more water, and going on a walk/jog at least once a week. My new goal is to run a marathon. I don't know when it will happen, but I want to run a marathon at least once in my lifetime. Also, within the next year, I'm going to run my first 5K. :)
