Ready for Change!

I have a desk job, which means I don't get much exercise during the day. I hope to become more active, lose a little weight, and get back into shape like I was before. My hobbies include reading, ballet, yoga, and being with my animals. I have a cat and two horses. And a wonderful, supportive husband. :)
