Moving Along

I have been on SparkPeople for far too long to not have made any progress. I have my ups and my downs; my progress and my failures.

After completely avoiding this website fall semester, I'm getting back into it. I would like to lose two clothing sizes: from a 12 to an 8. I feel that an 8 is a completely healthy size and it is not so hard to attain. I will be embarking on this new journey with my college best friend as well as with SparkPeople.

My Goals:
I would like to be my BMI to be in the healthy weight range and to look hot in a bikini!

My Program:
I work out at the Sports Complex on campus. I go to two fitness classes as week and then work out on the cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, and the bike). I also take dance classes.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Connecticut, but currently going to Stonehill College in Massachusetts. We're outside of Boston and I think I'm going to remain in the area after I graduate.

I also have been on and off this site. When I stick to it, it realllly works, but I often will be good for a few weeks, then go haywire. Would love to keep in touch and share strategies. Stay strong! emoticon

Hey!! Yea i kinda gave up on sparkpeople these past few months. and unfortunately i can feel the weight creeping back on. especially with the holidays i have just been stuffing my face. but school starts next week, so when i get back i plan to get back into sparkpeople and get back into a routine and knock off some of this weight!!
