Hello! My name is Katie and though I'm a broke college student, I want to try my best to get into shape and be healthy again! I've gained quite a few pounds since quitting figure skating a few years ago, but I'm hoping to get back into that healthy, athletic routine again with running and other activities!

My Goals:
I want to be able to go outside running this spring/summer and feel comfortable wearing my sports bra! I hate having to wear big billowy T-shirts; I wanna show off my hard work! I also want to feel better on the inside, and be able to do things like carry a couch up a flight of stairs (with a partner of course!) I don't want to be weak anymore!

My Program:
I'm going to Planet Fitness every night and doing a MINIMUM of 30 minutes of cardio, paired with cutting down to 1200-1550 calories per day.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Michigan, but moved to Ohio 4 years ago and am loving every minute of it!
