So sorry to hear about Jeremy. Hope he can make the changes he needs to be healthy. Good for you for jumping back on here during this tough time. It is important to remember to take time for yourself to stay strong and healthy. This way you can be in great shape to take the best care of them too.
I am doing well. Still keeping to my range but not exercising as much either. Need to get back to exercising regularly. My next weigh in is on Halloween. Hopefully that will help me to stay away from the halloween candy!! :)

I did my 3 month weigh in today and was down 10 pounds total! WOO HOO!! Just had to share my joy. I hate to admit it, but my husband Dave was right! I hate when he is right!
I also completed my final exam last night. My very last one ever. I have completed requirement for my BA Degree. My graduation ceremony is not until Dec 20th. This is my motivation to stick to my new healthy habits so I can hopefully lose more before my big day. I was hoping to be under 200 when I walked across the stage, but I think that might not be realistic. If I can just be even 10 pounds lighter by then I would be satisfied. Slow and steady wins the race right?

Had a few minutes and wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and hope you are well. Things are good on my end, my clothes is feeling really lose and people keep asking if I have lost weight. I weigh in in two weeks! Can't wait to see! Two weeks of school left for summer school so may not have time to check in for a few weeks. Hopefully the next time I drop you a line I will have some good news!
