Overall, I'm looking to lose about 70lbs and keep it off. I'd also like to "up" my fitness level and make it a regular habit.

My Program:
I'm going to track my food and workout 4x per week to start. I want to keep it simple and easy to maintain.

I don't know why I just can't just not weigh myself lol I do it the second I get up and before I go to bed I dunno why lol most the time it's habit to maybe ill have my husband hide the dang thing!

Also im addicted to scale....so I weigh everyday which I know is bad but it's helps me so whatevs
