My name's Katia, and my goal is to lose 40 pounds this year. I also want to participate in walks that will benefit charities and other foundations. I want to be able to cross my legs without having to adjust my thighs. And most of all, I really want to pull of being a hot, fit, Poison Ivy for Halloween this year.

My Goals:
I want to get to 150 lbs by October, and then hopefully to 140 by January 2014. I want to like running, to not be afraid to work out in the weights area of the gym, and to not be intimidated by the resistance band machines there either.
My Program:
Just eat better and controlled portions of healthy and flavorful food. I also want to get more workouts in during the week, either traditional working out, walking, or DVDs.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Moldova and moved to San Francisco, CA in 94. Been here since. I love the Bay Area, especially all the fresh produce markets that have super cheap fruits and veggies.
