My Goals:
to loose 1 to 2 lbs a week to exercise daily to feel good & be as healthy as I can be. Now the goal is set-the plan in place & all I have to do is...DO IT!! Walk in Avon Walk for Breast Cancer..& others too!!
My Program:
1-log food/calorie intake 2-exercise daily & log 3-journal to remind me that ME matters. 4-daily rededicate to success 5-WALK every day
