I know it is not QUITE Riding weather yet - so I just wanted to let you know that we are planning a Team Walk this coming Saturday at the Greenway (starting at the N 16th Ave parking area) at 10am. I realize that you may have other commitments, but if not - feel free to bring a friend and join us! We are all at different fitness levels and some will walk just a little bit and turn around, some will walk a distance, and others may even jog or run... (not very many joggers on our team though - not yet anyway?!) but you are more than welcome and we would love to meet you!

You were in town and I mssed you this weekend, huh!? I completely forgot... how was the event at the Dome? I hope you had a great time! Anyway - we really do need to plan a team get together when you are up in our neck of the woods!
Well I'm starting over today. I did not lose weight in January, in fact I gained weight! But I'm ready to commit and limit my food intake. I have worked out a menu and exercise goals for the week. It feels good...you know to have a plan. LOL Took me long enough to think of that.
HIGH FIVES on the workout! I'm in the middle of painting the bathroom; Taking a tea break. I haven't done any exercising yet. I'm going to finish the bathroom, and then workout. Hopefully, I'll have time to get cleaned up before the meetings at 8:00. OH, I got the hip hop abs videos, finally! I've asked on a couple of the boards and no one seems too impressed with them. So they may be going back. Or I can use them as a light workout. Well see.
