Valentine's was fine- after we went on the Orlando Eye we stopped in and Cooper's Hawk and did a tasting but went home for dinner- trying to not eat out for a while...
I know you will be in your happy weight zone soon! I have been trying to be so focused! As far as half marathon- no plans to run just stay ahead of the pace allowed and have fun! We did add a mile per week for one long walk per week- up to 12. I have read/learned that if you can do 11 the excitement/adrenaline at the event will help you do the whole thing. Last year Iron Girl I think I finished in 2 hours and 50 minutes- I think we are allowed 3 1/2 hours and it's supposed to be crowded so not trying to break any records :)
I am picturing Abbie & I at finish and her face when she gets her medal- good motivation! What to wear is giving me fits! 50's -70's temps. & try to look cute :)

That flan sounds good! I may make a low carb sugar free brownie cheesecake- like cup cake sized ones. I am so thrilled to be under 150 today! You will have a weight adjustment. Stay the course- I really think sometimes our bodies like having a winter coat! Next Sunday is our half marathon! I am excited but also just want it to be over! I want to go visit Mandy & the baby- really thought about going this week but I am afraid of getting sick before the race... I have been so back & forth with it! Crazy.
