Thanks Kathy- I am trying to get back with the program- I don't know what I was thinking but apparently I need to learn a little more self control!! I started Thursday night off with healthy choices and even drank water at dinner- Friday a good workout/walk in the am and then it's all downhill from there! Daquiri Deck- a BBQ place called Snook Haven, daquiris & beer & wine- Sat am we had brunch at Mandy's BF parents place and I ate French toast casserole & a pancake. Honestly I hadn't had a slice of bread this whole year so far and to lose it entirely is beyond me. I think I am most upset by the fact that I didn't even eat my most favorite unhealthy food- if I am going to gain 5+ pounds in a weekend I feel like I should have had better junk food! Oh well- I need to lose this and learn from it.

It was a great weekend with the kids. We saw Jersey Boys on Sat.- have you seen it? I bought the tix back in Sept. before we knew Mandy was moving- so it was great that they could make it back for it. It was very hard to say good bye again- I just have a hard time accepting that this could be a permanent situation. I bought tickets for Keith & I to fly there in June- I'll look at the dates and see if I can meet you in Orlando.

So excited for your venture into 140's land! It's been many years since I was there! Waiting for good news!

Good morning!

What a beautiful weekend! I see from your thread that you guys had a nice weekend too. Oh, I loved that TBT picture of Bob!! Whoa! Were you married yet in that of him golfing?

We did tons of yard work Saturday. Tony had started in early before I got up and we continued. Still lots to do but most of the beds are done. Now he's got to tackle the lawn. We have a fair amount of reseeding to do, but it's also time to put down the crabgrass killer.

Yesterday was a great Palm Sunday mass with Mom and then back home for food shopping and a dinner out!

Here's to a productive, successfully week!

I am losing track of time! Is today JC or yesterday?

I went out & bought Easter basket stuff yesterday. Very minimal on the candy but some fun junk to take up room :)

My all time favorite novels are by Diana Gabaldon. The first one is Outlander- have you heard of them?

I have a bunch to do today- so let's have a great day! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Happy Wednesday, Kathy!! I've been meaning to say I love the books, truly. Thank you So much for your kindness! Does your parish make copies of Liturgy of the Word available? My mother had given me last year's. She said, "well the dates will be wrong but just go by the correct Sunday in Lent." Then her parish made some more of this year's available to I am able to do my readings before mass.
Just got off the Church Growth committee at my own church and my term as Clerk will be up in May. I will be spending most Sundays taking Mom to church at her parish. Of course, she's urging me to check out our parish in town.

Your page looks great! You got rid of your dance video, eh?? emoticon
