Married to my high school sweetheart for 32 years :)...we have 6 children ages 18-31 that we love very much and who keep our lives very busy and blessed, am an OB nurse and Lactation consultant. Love to cook, fall is my favorite time of year, thankful for my Catholic faith in my life, enjoy dancing with friends, exercising on the elliptical, staying in touch with friends and family, and IU graduate and fan!!

Other Information:
Enjoy spending time with my family, I am in a book club, each day is a gift, thankful for my family, friends, job and my health.

Glad you got a snow day! I have a 3p apt to do a puppy count xray at the vet! That's my main focus for today. I don't know when I can go visit Mandy. They are in CT- her FIL is declining. It's so sad and frustrating. I wish they had come to FL for treatment...

So glad you had a nice weekend at IU. My goodness you look so fabulous!! One of the pictures you looked as young and slender as a 20-something!

I am back. I can't cheat for a while. Period. I just go haywire and that's got to stop. I have to build some momentum. Not stopping and not giving up!

Valentine's was fine- after we went on the Orlando Eye we stopped in and Cooper's Hawk and did a tasting but went home for dinner- trying to not eat out for a while...

I know you will be in your happy weight zone soon! I have been trying to be so focused! As far as half marathon- no plans to run just stay ahead of the pace allowed and have fun! We did add a mile per week for one long walk per week- up to 12. I have read/learned that if you can do 11 the excitement/adrenaline at the event will help you do the whole thing. Last year Iron Girl I think I finished in 2 hours and 50 minutes- I think we are allowed 3 1/2 hours and it's supposed to be crowded so not trying to break any records :)

I am picturing Abbie & I at finish and her face when she gets her medal- good motivation! What to wear is giving me fits! 50's -70's temps. & try to look cute :)

That flan sounds good! I may make a low carb sugar free brownie cheesecake- like cup cake sized ones. I am so thrilled to be under 150 today! You will have a weight adjustment. Stay the course- I really think sometimes our bodies like having a winter coat! Next Sunday is our half marathon! I am excited but also just want it to be over! I want to go visit Mandy & the baby- really thought about going this week but I am afraid of getting sick before the race... I have been so back & forth with it! Crazy. I also am nervous about Penny having puppies! Off to get some steps! Looking forward to new sectional pics! This one will be perfect!
