Married to my highschool sweetheart for 30 years :)...we have 6 children ages 16-29 that we love very much and who keep our lives very busy and blessed, am an OB nurse and Lactation consultant. Love to cook, fall is my favorite time of year, thankful for my Catholic faith in my life, enjoy dancing with friends, exercising on the elliptical, staying in touch with friends and family, and IU graduate and fan!!

Other Information:
Enjoy spending time with my family, I am in a book club, each day is a gift, thankful for my family, friends, job and my health.

We did 20 miles on the bikes. It took 2 hours! We were fast on the first 10 - we have a trail called Van Fleet near us- all flat and asphalted- a little bumpy with tree roots in places but overall a lucky place to ride. Yesterday when we turned around we discovered a nice head wind to get back to truck! Yikes- Keith said I was riding the struggle bike! It was hard but we had company coming so we worked it- just a little slower. We met my niece's boyfriend (17 years older than her and Australian vet) I really liked him! My sister and BIL were here too. I hadn't seen them since last year before all the drama with their older daughter, Monica and Patty came to live here. Nice to reconnect and move beyond all that! I drank way too much wine! Kept healthy eating though! I made a skillet bread that is a lot like corn bread but uses almond flour and a lemon ricotta cake- I will send you the recipes. This lemon cake is my new go to- it's really good and you can't tell it's healthy! Happy Monday. PS I lost 2 pounds yesterday! I am sure I am dehydrated - there were 7 empty wine bottles from yesterday!!!! Luckily I had help :P
