Well, I'm back. This is a journey. The Holidays are winding down and the new year is just about to begin. New goals are being established. This is a big year for me as I will be turning 65 in April. Wow! This is the motivation for me to be in the healthiest conditions of my life. I have been so blessed with good health my whole life but now one can tell that certain physical aspects are showing signs of wear and tear. I want to improve and maintain my physical health ...

Well, I'm back. This is a journey. The Holidays are winding down and the new year is just about to begin. New goals are being established. This is a big year for me as I will be turning 65 in April. Wow! This is the motivation for me to be in the healthiest conditions of my life. I have been so blessed with good health my whole life but now one can tell that certain physical aspects are showing signs of wear and tear. I want to improve and maintain my physical health along with my emotional and spiritual health. In my case these aspects all are intertwined and play a huge part in my overall well being. I thank God everyday for the blessings I have been showered with and I continue to trust the He will be with me always.


1-3-2010
Just started the SP Bootcamp. I actually began my SP eating plan a week ago and lost 3 lbs. (now 158 lbs). I have learned what I need to for physical, emotional and spiritual well being which I discovered from my time with SP in the last 2 years. I somewhat let my guard down and now I know I need to be objective using the objective devices found in the SP program; logging what I eat, portion control, water intake and exercise along with SP support. This is the combination that works for me and the support is wonderful even if I just know there may be other watching. I downloaded two new pictures as a reminder as a visual for the beginning of the Bootcamp.
The journey continues for continued good health.

Just trying to lead a healthy lifestyle as a retired (9/1/07) Speech-Language Pathologist, wife and grandmother. I enjoy the outdoors; skiiing, cross county skiing, snow shoeing, walking, hiking and biking.
I live in Northwestern PA where the weather affords me the opportunity to do all these things. I'm also a great fan of Penn State football as this is my alma mater.
