Thanks for the friend's add! I find you look really good and I am a bit jealous of your weight (of course; hope you forgive me)! But being well is not necessarily connected to weight. So much I have learned.
Yesterday was a good day after all. I even made it to the elliptical which was a month long challenge. It felt GREAT! I am looking forward to coming home and stepping on it today too. The stretching then comes natural after that and man am I rusty these days. It's becoming imperative to do these exercises daily! emoticon emoticon

I'm currently reading a library book called, "Mindless Eating"
VERY helpful.... interesting... funny....well written.

May be of help to you.

I believe I lost about 1/2 pound by doing this. NOT measuring. NOT tracking.
Okay... not much, but we'll see...
