To make lasting changes in my life that will help with my weight and fitness issues. I want to stop with the emotional binging when I'm stressed out and find a better way to release the stress.
Work on my meal portions and stay away from my trigger foods. Also cut back on my indulgences and allow myself occasional treats and plan for them.
Like reading, music, Red Sox, hiking, concerts and just about anything.
Hope you don't get as much rain (and snow!) that we did. Over 3" of rain and about 1.5" of snow over the course of 48 hours. Trees/bushes are beautiful, as the snow stuck to the branches. Hi Kathi, how's it going? Just stopping by to say "hi." I had my WW meeting today and was a bit disappointed that I "only" lost .6#. BUT a loss is a loss, and the first three weeks I managed to lose 15# so I should complain. Though still I do. . . .
Hi Kathi! Good to hear from you and REALLY glad you're getting back to SP! Yeah, I'e been "at it" for a long time. Broke my dominant wrist this past summer and that put me back some -- actually gained back all I had lost. But I'm back to normal (whatever that is) and starting to lose again.
A while ago I cleaned up my SP friends on my page (I hate clutter) and deleted those folks I hadn't heard from in quite a while. So if it's okay with you, I'l re-add you to my list of friends. If not, I understand.
