Losing to Get Healthy

It is 2015 and I have come a long way from when I first started with Spark. I made alot of positive changes but still need to tackle losing more weight. This year is about getting healthy!

Hope you don't get as much rain (and snow!) that we did. Over 3" of rain and about 1.5" of snow over the course of 48 hours. Trees/bushes are beautiful, as the snow stuck to the branches. But it's April! Oh well, we get what we get, right? Happy Holy Week to you -- being the church secretary, I'll be on SP very little this week. Just wanted to say "hi."

Hi Kathi, how's it going? Just stopping by to say "hi." I had my WW meeting today and was a bit disappointed that I "only" lost .6#. BUT a loss is a loss, and the first three weeks I managed to lose 15# so I should complain. Though still I do. . . .

Hi Kathi! Good to hear from you and REALLY glad you're getting back to SP! Yeah, I'e been "at it" for a long time. Broke my dominant wrist this past summer and that put me back some -- actually gained back all I had lost. But I'm back to normal (whatever that is) and starting to lose again.

A while ago I cleaned up my SP friends on my page (I hate clutter) and deleted those folks I hadn't heard from in quite a while. So if it's okay with you, I'l re-add you to my list of friends. If not, I understand.
