-Don't overbuy groceries, especially produce-
-Plan ahead for meals-
-STICK TO IT-



My Program:
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
Stay under 1700 calories a day
Drink plenty of tea and water
Cut out processed foods and sugars/flours
Think positive!
