I want to be more modivated to exercise regularly and eat healthy!

I am a 35 year old stay at home mom to a wonderful little boy born March 12th 2010. I have joined a gym about a year ago. Summer 2011 wasn't a good one for me but now I am trying to get into the workout mode again! Going to the gym 2 times a week and working with Jillian M Shed video.
