Something came into my life that finally motivated me to kick my own ass into shape. A baby? A new career? A scary lab test result? Pfffft, nah. ROLLER DERBY!

My "before" pic is on my page not to turn anyone's stomach ;), but to remind me what and why I'm trying to change, and how I look to others. It's so easy to fool yourself into thinking it's not that bad. IT IS THAT BAD.

Become a lethal derby machine.

My Program:
Diet focused on high protein, moderate fat, and low sugar. Intensive cardio 5x/week (including 2.5 hours of derby practice 1-2x/week). Strength and core training 5x/week.

Personal Information:
I live in Wheeling, WV, which is about an hour from Pittsburgh, PA.
