I am 37 and have three kids.

My goal is to live a healthy life and that includes regular exercise and eating the best I can. I want to make this body last as long as possible without any problems. I have been really exercising regularly for over a year now and feel stronger than I have in many years. Finally I can keep up with my kids and not get winded. I'm also teaching my children to live a healthy life.
