Think Positive ...Today is a new day, a new Chance to Suceed!

Over a year sparking and .... still going at it. I had been really successful, but now am having a hard time getting BACK to goal.

Day by day, will find a way! I am on the road to slim, trying to stay en route in the right direction!

My Goals:
Nullify ANY negative self talk! Gain confidence every day! ~ Reduce the fat that is hiding my muscles! ~ Stay healthy, balanced and peaceful! Get off the candy kick! ~ Reduce stress! ~ Closest reward is planning a zipline trip after day # 300 on SP (still to do this though....)!

My Program:
Follow good nutrition, decrease sugary snacks and mindless eating. Keep my work out activity level at a high level (super active with hard workouts 5 to 6 days a week, but make sure no more than that!).


Personal Information:
I am now in the south working hard full time and keeping very busy with fitness and small get away trips on days off whenever and wherever we can! I love spark people and want to stick with it for many a year as it gives me motivation and community friends! I am a very positive thinking person and that motivates me to stay that way!

Other Information:
Have patience and think positive! Only you can make the decision to be healthy!

Soups, frozen fruits, water and frozen pudding pops are a standard for me. So are mixed cooked veggies and homemade ratatouille. Yum. Love the crock pot summer and winter!

Hi Kate!! I just noticed you left me some comments on my sparkpage. Thats another great way to keep accountable to each other!! I totally over ate yesterday... on purpose because I knew I was running 12 miles today with some friends. I tend to run better on an empty stomach. I know some people will say that is not a good idea, but you know what???... it works for me. I have all the energy I need. And I finish well. I guess as well as one can after running the distance. LOL How was your weekend? I sent you a sparkmail. I'm excited to know your weigh in because I know you have lost!! You are really doing well!! Keep up the great work!! I fear that I may have gained some. I was just thinking that my next race is a 10k and its coming up fast. I have been really slacking on my running. I need to get serious and start training.
