Think Positive ...Today is a new day, a new Chance to Suceed!
Over a year sparking and .... still going at it. I had been really successful, but now am having a hard time getting BACK to goal. Day by day, will find a way! I am on the road to slim, trying to stay en route in the right direction! Think Positive - and take my own advice! At least I got a new trophy! Level 14 cool.

My Goals:
Nullify ANY negative self talk! Gain confidence every day! ~ Reduce the fat that is hiding my muscles! ~ Stay healthy, balanced and peaceful! Get off the candy kick! ~ Reduce stress! ~ Closest reward is planning a zipline trip after day # 300 on SP (still to do this though....)!
My Program:
Follow good nutrition, decrease sugary snacks and mindless eating. Keep my work out activity level at a high level (super active with hard workouts 5 to 6 days a week, but make sure no more than that!).
Personal Information:
I am now in the south working hard full time and keeping very busy with fitness and small get away trips on days off whenever and wherever we can! I love spark people and want to stick with it for many a year as it gives me motivation and community friends! I am a very positive thinking person and that motivates me to stay that way!
Other Information:
Have patience and think positive! Only you can make the decision to be healthy! Soups, frozen fruits, water and frozen pudding pops are a standard for me. So are mixed cooked veggies and homemade ratatouille. Yum. Love the crock pot summer and winter!
