My goal is to get to a healthy weight and STAY there! I've had my ups (210) and downs (125) and I'm tired of the yo-yo. I completed the Slimgenics program and lost 50 lbs. by July 2010, putting me at my goal weight of 155. I've since put on 15 of those lbs. and want to lose them again, plus 10 more, to put me at a (hopefully!) "permanent" weight of 145. Looking for support and tracking here!

Last year I ran my first 5K, 10K and Half-Marathon and am now addicted to running! My goal is to run 5 races this year. I am also 30 days into the P90X program and LOVE it! After I finish the program, I want my maintenance fitness plan to be comprised of running 3-4 times a week and lifting 2-3 times a week.

I love cooking and clean eating and am always looking for new recipes to try!

My Goals:
-To hit 145 lbs. by the end of March
-To maintain that weight within 5 lbs. for one year
-To complete the P90X program and maintain those results by weekly weight lifting sessions after the program is over
-To run 5 races (combo of 5K, 10K, & half-marathon) this year

My Program:
Diet: I am doing a modified version of Slimgenics to lose my last 20 lbs. After that is over, I'll maintain a clean eating diet.

Exercise: I am 30 days into P90X and plan to complete the program. Once that is over, I'll draw up a weekly lifting plan.

My tentative 2011 race schedule is as follows:
-3/12 - 100% Irish For A Day 5K
-5/29 - Stillwater 12K
-7/4 - Naswauk to Keewatin 10K
-7/23 - Boston Scientific Heart of Summer 10K
-9/24 - Great Prostate Cancer Challenge 5K
-9/31 - Red Wing Half-Marathon

Personal Information:
I am a newlywed, new home owner and new lab puppy owner. I can't wait to add "new body" to that list!

And the simple, but SO true - Nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels!

BTW ... I feel like I saw you at Costco today but you looked very different (hair down and darker?) so I'm not sure ... :)
