Hi...
My name is Kat, I am 27 years old. I have about 20 pounds to lose, I have been walking for one hour Mon- Fri and to tell you the truth I feel great... I have lost 5 pounds and I have gone down in inches on my waist and hips. I also have been doing weights for my upper body. I have to say that if you believe in yourself you can do anything. I never thought that I could walk 9.4 miles a day in 1 hour. But I do now. So good luck to all of you and God bless.
