thanks so much for the idea about the yoga. unfortunately, if I don't get it done before 7 am, it isn't happening... I did really enjoy it though. Actually, I feel so good right now! 15 hours later. My muscles that were so so sore this morning feel really pretty good now. I think the yoga is placed exactly right in the mix of workouts. I know I will love it. I just have to LEARN it. Iíve been VERY absent on SparkÖand Iíve not been very on track with diet and exercise, either. Winter is tough for me (as I know it is everyone) and the snow wonít take a break so I can get outside. But Iím scheduled to run (probably more of a wog) a half marathon in May with a fellow Sparker, so Iím going to have to get my booty in gear!
