I have been on this weight loss journey since July of 2008 and have lost and regained about 40-45 pounds since then! My Goals:
For 2012-2013: -Participate in at least 4 5ks, maybe even one 10k. 1.) 2.) 3.) 4.) -Lose at least 50 pounds. -Eat out no more than twice a week. -Work out 4-5x per week. Getting at least 200 cardio minutes in per week. Alternating group classes with running and yoga. -Be able to run a mile without ever walking. -Stop eating after 9pm. -Drink MORE water. -Track food everyday! -Get adequate sleep! Vanity Goals: -Size 14 -Size 12 -Size 10 -Wear a Victoria's Secret Bra -Have abs! -Be "thick skinny" ;) -Choose a bikini based on the color and design rather than whether or not it fits!
