My name is Kate, I am a 23 year old social service/admission assistant for a nursing home. I have been on this weight loss journey since July of 2008 and have lost and regained about 40-45 pounds since then! For 2012-2013:
-Participate in at least 4 5ks, maybe even one 10k.

-Eat out no more than twice a week.
-Work out 4-5x per week. Getting at least 200 cardio minutes in per week. Alternating group classes with running and yoga.
-Be able to run a mile without ever walking.
-Stop eating after 9pm.
-Drink MORE water.
-Track food everyday!
-Get adequate sleep!

-Wear a Victoria's Secret Bra
-Have abs!
-Be "thick skinny" ;)
-Choose a bikini based on the color and design rather than whether or not it fits!

Good luck tonite!!! You can totally do it, I know because Mom & I sometimes have the same indesisiveness and finally just give into to both class at our gym... and sometimes even Cardio Step then Zumba afterwards... It's certainly a challenge but you will feel soooo much better after you push through it!!! I haven't been on in a while, so I was looking through your pictures and just wanted to say that you are beautiful & you're doing great... such an inspiration!
