3 years ago I got down to my lowest ever - 137.8. Since then I have put back most of what I lost and this time I want to take it off forever. My biggest motivation is to just feel sexy and confident with my body and get rid of this frustrated feeling. I want to prove that this is possible for me and I want to look amazing for my wedding and new life as a wife.

My Goals:
I'd like to get down to 140 and then reevaluate if I want to lose another 5 or so. But most importantly I'd like to look and feel sexy, confident, and toned no matter how long it takes me to get there.

Mini Goals:
150 by 10/29
145 by 11/23
140 by 12/20


Rewards I will give myself:

150 - tanning!
145 - pamper day
140 - new clothes



My Program:
Food:
1200 - 1500 calories a day

Activity:
Cardio for at least 30 min 3 days a week and strength training 2/3 days a week.

I am training for a marathon in October too! My (soon to be) sister-in-laws will be doing the Portland Marathon with me (though they're in Washington State, South Carolina, and I'm in PA oh well!) Good luck with the training...any tips? I just started! emoticon

The funny thing is, we don't feel any different at all. We have lived together for about 3 years before our wedding so once the planning stress was over things went back to normal...which was SOOO nice. Do you live with your fiance?

Same here. After the wedding things didn't calm down as quickly as I thought they would. School started back up family life got flipped up side down. How are the wedding plans going?
