Kate's 30 pound College Slim Down

Hey Everyone,
I'm Kate, I'm 18 and I want to lose the 30 pounds I gained this year before going into my first year of college.
Last year I was 135 lbs and at the moment i'm at 157 . at 5'9, I'm just barely in the normal BMI range. Depression and the stress of junior/senior took their tolls but i'm set on shaping up!

Please feel free to ask anything and if you need support, I'm here struggling with you :P

wish you all the best of luck!
Kate

emoticon emoticon emoticon Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons. They may be curious about the health benefits of Raw Food and join to learn all about eating Raw. Many join for the weight loss. Many join the Team for a Detox. There are a great many people who do the Raw Food Diet as a Detox but then they realize how alive they feel and how the pounds melted away so effortlessly they decide to continue to eat this way. There are others who will join this Team for the health benefits of a Raw Food Diet. A diet based on raw food can reverse diabetes, arthritis (I personally have experienced this. I went off all of my arthritis meds after only a few weeks), heart disease, cancer (that is how I became involved with the Raw Food Diet when my sister was diagnosed with Lymphoma), eliminates migraines, the list goes on and on.

So join us and learn how to make the transition from SAD (Standard American Diet) to a healthy Raw Food Diet. You will be happy you did!

oh yea especially my school I haven't really been to other campuses in my area but the food my school has everything is fried NO JOKE and if you want something healthy be prepared to clean out ur wallet. College students usually can't afford to spend more that a few bucks on food so yea that's what happen to me. I couldn't resist and being a freshman in college I thought it was the coolest thing how much food you can get with so little money..but in the end you end up gaining tons of weight. not so cool lol.. but now I buy my own groceries with the money i would have spent on food at school ..sounds easy but it took me like a year to actually do it haha
well lets keep in touch ! thx for commenting me. I hope you are doing well emoticon
