30lbs to lose

Back in late April of 2012 I had lost about 17 lbs after 5 months of really hard work. I was eating healthy and working out 4-5 times a week. Unfortunately around that time I took on a second job and stopped working out. 5 months later I gained all the weight back and 7 extra lbs. I hope to use this site to get back on track and follow a healthy lifestyle. I hope to lose a total of 30lbs.
