My Goals:
My main goal is to get my pre-baby body back!!

My Program:
To get to goal, I'm looking at the trifecta: I'm here tracking my calories and macronutrients, I'm using Phit-N-Phat personal training to keep myself in shape, and I'm trying to get a lot of sleep!

Personal Information:
I'm a 35 year old who lives with my wonderful husband and one-year old son, two large dogs, and my MIL! I have a full time job and (fortunately!) a sense of humor!

Hey there, I just wanted to stop by and invite you to join my brand new SparkTeam.
