Just strolling through SPARK pages to announce that today is 'World Sauntering Day!'

Why not get outside and saunter through the park or down your block?

(((( Sending SKINNY Vibes! )))) and strong, strolling feet!

The second part of the challenge is to actually try and get a bit of real-life sauntering in your day. Maybe take a leisurely (or brisk) stroll outside.... Just get outside and move!
