My Goals:
What I want to accomplish this year. Further years will bring new goals!

Fit into a size smaller than 16 (currently 18-20).

Look glamorous at my friend's wedding in November!

Gain confidence in myself and be more social, instead of missing out on the fun because I don't feel comfortable in my own skin.


My Program:
Swimming - 45m x 3 times a week

Soccer - 1 time a week

Walking dogs - every day, 1 mile+

I just read your description... and found to feel the same! Got 60lbs a long time ago and now I need to loose 80 lbs since I regain all of it and more!
