Being a restart, I know what a wonderful tool SP is if you stick to all the goals. I didn't. I fell off the wagon and landed hard on my behind. I went from 250 to 210 a year ago, and now I am back to 240.

Being a restart, I know what a wonderful tool SP is if you stick to all the goals. I didn't. I fell off the wagon and landed hard on my behind. I went from 250 to 210 a year ago, and now I am back to 240.

What happened was, I became pretty complacent and took too many exceptions and created too many excuses. Went from "I ate a cupcake, bad me!" to "I ate a cupcake, not a big deal, I'll make up another time". Unfortunately, I began eating cupcakes (or cakes, chocolate, ice cream) every day and did not stop myself. Just kept thinking that I'd make it up another day and I never did.

I have two goals in mind this time around - consistency and honesty. I love exercising, and my personal challenge is recording everything I've eaten, even if the numbers are terrifying.

My Goals:

Gain confidence in myself and be more social, instead of missing out on the fun because I don't feel comfortable in my own skin.


My Program:
Swimming - 45m x 3 times a week

Soccer - 1 time a week

Walking dogs - every day, 1 mile+

I just read your description... and found to feel the same! Got 60lbs a long time ago and now I need to loose 80 lbs since I regain all of it and more!
