My motto: Workout, Love life. It's as simple as that.
It July 9th, 2009, and I'm tired of making excuses and not following through to get what I really want. I feel good when I workout. So why have I had such a hard time staying committed to my workouts? My mind is set like it was back in January 2007 when I began my journey of losing 23 pounds. I was consistent, committed, and I was confident. I am going to do this again. I know more than I did then, so it should be easier than before. Plus, I don't have to lose as much weight as I did ...

So why have I had such a hard time staying committed to my workouts? My mind is set like it was back in January 2007 when I began my journey of losing 23 pounds. I was consistent, committed, and I was confident. I am going to do this again. I know more than I did then, so it should be easier than before. Plus, I don't have to lose as much weight as I did then. I've kept off 20 of the original pounds, now I want to lose 10 more. It's always been my goal to get to the weight I'll be when I lose the 10, I just tinkered out early cause I thought I was doing "so great". Anyways, here goes.

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 120 pounds....I don't care how long it takes, but preferrably by New Years Eve 2009. My husband and I want to have a baby next year, and I want to be in the best shape of my life before that happens. I want to feel healthy while I'm pregnant. This is my last chance to make that happen.
My Program:
I'm just tracking my food intake everyday and working out at least an hour a day, 5 days a week. Sometimes I take a Pilates class before a cardio class, and that brings my workouts to 2 hours.
