It July 9th, 2009, and I'm tired of making excuses and not following through to get what I really want. I feel good when I workout. So why have I had such a hard time staying committed to my workouts? My mind is set like it was back in January 2007 when I began my journey of losing 23 pounds. I was consistent, committed, and I was confident. I am going to do this again. I know more than I did then, so it should be easier than before. Plus, I don't have to lose as much weight as I did then. I've kept off 20 of the original pounds, now I want to lose 10 more. It's always been my goal to get to the weight I'll be when I lose the 10, I just tinkered out early cause I thought I was doing "so great". Anyways, here goes.
My goal is to weigh 120 pounds....I don't care how long it takes, but preferrably by New Years Eve 2009. My husband and I want to have a baby next year, and I want to be in the best shape of my life before that happens. I want to feel healthy while I'm pregnant. This is my last chance to make that happen.
I'm just tracking my food intake everyday and working out at least an hour a day, 5 days a week. Sometimes I take a Pilates class before a cardio class, and that brings my workouts to 2 hours.

Still trying to stay on track - by watching what I eat. It's not always easy, but it is getting more of a new way of eating most of the time. I do not seem to find the time to exercise though. I do walk as much as is possible during my breaks and lunch time. I also try the TV fit channel for exercising - maybe every other week NOT GOOD. I miss and love you - Keep up the good work - keep exercising whenever possible. You look great.

I haven't been on this site for a while. I just want to say how good you look. I had a wonderful time at your new place. I'm going to keep on trying to lose weight, eat healthy, and exercise. At least since I started on this site last year I pretty much have stayed within 1-3 lbs of the 9 pounds I lost the year before, so I guess that is better than gaining more. Take care. Hi Trina, I love your new picture you put up. Maybe I could get a 5x7 to put up. I want to put new pictures out. I need someone to teach me how to put pictures on this site. I don't know how. I would like to put more pictures. I do not seem to have the time anymore to walk or exercise. I really need to do both. I have been very sluggish lately. I am so busy all the time. Hi Trina - Are you still doing the sparkpeople - How are you? Hope your still eating healthy, and exercising, I've been slacking a little. I'm going to try harder this week. Trina - Thanks for the comment - Yesterday it was so hot, that Debbie and I only walked 45 min. Tonight we are going to walk later at 7pm - so maybe we'll walk a little longer. I am impressed that Debbie has been consistent every week since before the start of the year. It looks like you've been doing great yourself.
