Found the Culprit!

In 2003 I started a high blood pressure medication that made the pounds pack on - I realized that I was slowly gaining weight, but I couldn't figure the reason why... My eating habits were the same and when I figured that the medication that I took was changing the color of my toenails, I stopped the medication and told my doctor. I am on one medication for HBP and slowly the pounds are disappearing. I haven't changed my diet, I eat two meals a day. It's sad that pharmacies don't alert ...

My Goals:
To attend Physical Therapy twice weekly and do the treadmill up to 30 minutes for every day that I attend.



More water, less other beverages.



Walk the lake more often once spring has sprung.

My Program:
1) To go to bed no later than 11:00 PM.



2) To rise up by 9:00 AM



3) Do my stretches every day.



4) Go to Physical Therapy when scheduled.



5) Water, Water and more Water.

Other Information:
Happily married, to a wonderful man. I have two grown children and two grandchildren. We have a cute little Miniature Schnauzer that was previously abused from another owner. Oh yeah, and a cat.

awww thank you for the goodie and the advice and you got weight in all the right places!! but I know how you feel but no worries you can do it. All that good food aint doin nothing but making up feel bad inside and out.

That is great advice. I will eat it very slow just as you have recommended. It's going to be good but I honestly don't think I'll finish the whole piece in one sitting...I think, LOL!

Hey Kat, the recipe is here on sp, and it only calls for 5 ingredients. And its really easy to make low on calories too. I like spinach alot so that helps me out!!! Have you taped yourself to see if you are losing any inches, what about your clothes are they getting looser??
