Hello To All!

I'm Kathy or better known as Kat. I took a hiatus from Sparkpeole , making up all the usual excuses of life being far too busy to properly eat and exercise daily but I am hoping to re-read the Spark, to light a spark and makie the lifestyle changes that I need to.

I live in Northern Maryland and have a wonderful partner Tom and 3 cats. Enjoying life close the the Bay....
