My Goals:
My goals are to drop about 10 pounds and 1-2 percent in body fat. I'm in pretty good shape now, so this will be a great challenge!

I'm representing my command in this year's USAF Marathon -- so beating my previous time of 4 hrs, 55 min will be my goal this September.

My Program:
I am doing a few things -- running my training plan, strength training and interval training.

Personal Information:
I've been all over the world, but call South Carolina my HOME :)
