Lose 60 lbs by Oct 2016, Get healthy, look better in clothes
At this point moderation, rather than deprivation. Starting out slowly, so I don't burn myself out. Focusing on trying to work out 4 times a week for 45 mins, and will slowly roll in strength training and maybe yoga.
