My goal is to lower my body fat percentage from 23% to 16%. That should hopefully come with going from 156 lbs to 144lbs. I just got engaged on December 22nd, 2009 and need to be fit for my wedding day in 2010.
I work out regualarly at my gym with about 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance training. Everyday but Sunday is a planned workout day. Life is messy and will surely create rest days by messing up my schedule.
