My Program:
My husband and I purchased a treadmill in January and I've been trying to walk/jog on it every day. I actually walked/jogged the PF Chang's Rock n' Roll 1/2 Marathon in January. I fell off the wagon a bit and gained a few pounds back. Now I'm ready to take it off and then some!
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Southern California. My husband and I moved to Phoenix in February of 2007. We love it here!
