Starting over.

Hi, thanks for visiting. I have a goal of losing 100+lbs in whatevertime it takes. I was highly motivated last year and then injured my knee and was sidelined for over 10 months. But I'm back and ready to finally shed this weigh in a healthy and attainable way. I enjoy hiking, swimming, spinning and spending time with my many 4 legged fuzzy kids.

Out to buld a chicken coop huh? You must live in the county,, me? I live in the city, in a high rise. I'd RATHER live in the country and have the PEACEFULNESS you get to ENJOY though I LOVE having everything around me at a SNAP of a FINGAH !! LOL I am in New England. We don't use our "r"s.

Hon, I saw ur weigh page from this week. I SURE hope your NOT discourage from this week, I ALSO gained this week. I am NOT discouaged, overall I am losing so it's FINE by me. AND since I started this journey I am losing, so OH WELL if I gained one week, or if I hit a plateau, its GOING to happen. BUT if a plateau happens for 3 weeks or more there are things that CAN be done. This week on the team page we REALLY want everyone to particape in helping us by tracking their food,,, YOU WILL BENEFIT if you track your food and you WILL LOSE if that's why your not losing. If you haven't been tracking often that's the reason why. IF you have been tracking,,, than other things CAN be done, please get a hold of me on my page. We are FULL OF INFO and this is ONLY the VERY FIRST step. I PROMISE you,,, as a matter of fact its a GUARANTEE ,,..... you WILL LOSE in the next 2 weeks if U follow thru with the steps we will give you. Diane

emoticon You are emoticon !!! Thank you SOOO MUCH for catching up on your points !! They will be included in the next stats standing !!!!!! WOW !!! Can't WAIT to see now where we WILL STAND !!! Latest is that we are FIRST in BOTH AIR MILES and LTGL !! With YOUR HELP we SHOULD MAINTAIN that ! Those PESTY CATS and FIRE CRACKERS are RIGHT UPON US !! So a HUGE TY For YOUR HELP !!!! Diane

PS: PLEASE do this DAILY If it's at ALL POSSIBLE for you since ALL 3 teams are HOT on each others tails. I KNOW for a few people it IS a HARDSHIP to sign on each day, but if it's NOT a HARDSHIP we are asking for a DAILY sign on. A HUGH TY For it.
