My Goals:
To loss 26 lbs this summer and keep it off. I be able to wear the smaller size clothes. To build more self confidence in myself in how I look.
My Program:
I am watching what I eat. I have started walking (fast pace) 30+ minutes an evening. Trying to increase my water intake and decrease my caloric intake.
Personal Information:
I am from Sierra Vista, AZ and love it here. The weather is always beautiful and the sunsets are to die for!!
Other Information:
I love murder mysteries!!! Big fan of CSI, Law and Order, Without a Trace, Cold Cases, etc....see what I mean??
