    emoticon Hope you are progressing well. I'm sorry I haven't been able to send messages as often as I used to. It has been quite challenging to get to a computer in between everything.

    Moving into such total acceptance does not mean that we stop growing. It means that we accept who we are and do not criticize and put ourselves down. We can make outwardly changes towards our goals, as we love ourselves on the inside. Eating right, exercising and making healthy lifestyle changes is your way of loving yourself and your body.

    When we can accept who we are now, we open the doors to our own inspiration to do and be even more!

    Openness demands that we be willing to move to places we've never been before. It asks us to continually challenge the foundations of our belief systems so we can test out new ideas. And to do that, we need to accept insecurity.
