great that you are ok so far.I think I know what is part of my problem,I have not eaten much proteins over the past two weeks or so,and even less this week.Then I've been craving lots of nuts and cheese,which in turn brings on the migraines and the upset stomach.I noticed the difference in my body,so today I splurged in a thick and juicy BBQ chicken breast.I feel totally guilty, but the nut cravings are all gone and no headache.LOL.I plan to do some cardio this evening to make up for that extra calorie indulgence.So I now know the hard way why protein is good for you. I guess I was trying to resist those BBQ pigtails at the racing circuit all weekend.LOL. Maybe I'm not getting enough rest.I feel like I'm always going and going.Now the children are on holiday I was hoping to get some rest but not happening. I'm glad that you did ok yesterday in terms of eating,and 10 mins is more than 0mins so no worries.I have to at least 2 short videos these days to keep going can't handle 40 mins at once except for strength training video. So I hope that you are doing well again today.Remember to think of your health more so than losing weight and it will all happen.
yesterday I managed to workout.I barely made it this morning.Had lots of extra work to do so I'm even more stressed. How did you manage with the sweet urges yesterday?If you managed one day you can go another and if you didn't you can set today as another goal.Keep at it and it will happen.
